18ft Hastings Beach boat for sale as a project.

Built by Lowers of Newhaven, year is approximate. 

Elm planking appears sound. There is work needed on her gunwales. Closer inspection could reveal more, as with any wooden boat. 

Engine is water cooled Lister 3 cylinder, turns over but not started for several years. 

Being sold by the charity Rescue Wooden Boats, so all proceeds are going to their work. 

These boats are known for their shallow draft but seaworthy design, being tall sided they make good, dry boats fr their size. She would make a very good pleasure boat or very useful workboat.
