Egythene 24 Fin keel designed by Ron Holland in the 1970s. The displacement hull points high and goes fast to windward, while downwind the long skeg gives good directional control. The considerable beam, together with full headroom gives spacious accommodation normally associated with a 30 footer, while the large cockpit and wide side decks lend themselves to ease of working or lazing. "Sarke" is an ideal cruising yacht. A must see!

Deck: 1 set of Mylar Sails (Dolphin). 2 sets of Dacron sails. 1 Spinnaker. Roller reefing Genoa. Lazy Jacks. Zip up sail cover. Keel bolts renewed 2006. Stainless steel pushpit, pulpit and guardrails. Stern ladder. Anchor with chain and warp. Ropes and fenders.

Cabin: 4/5 berths in 2 cabins including 2 "V" berths in the separate forward cabin, a single berth and a quarter berth in the saloon. Galley with cooker to starboard and heads with sea toilet to port. Lots of storage in both cabins.

Cockpit: Large cockpit with wide side decks. Non slip decks. Self draining cockpit with anchor locker. Tiller steering.
