1979 Motorsailer Ketch CHASSIRON GT
OPEN TO OFFERS!! THE OWNER IS FLEXIBLE AND VERY KEEN TO SELL! Beautiful Ketch year 1979 lying in the Balearic Islands. The teak deck was entirely restored in 2022. Spanish registered list 6a. This lovely Sailboat has remained in the owner's family for over 40 years and has always been cared for. The owner is selling this gem because his husband passed 2 years ago, otherwise, she will keep it. The boat has always been taken care of and has remained in the family for the last 40 years or so.
The standing rigging is in perfect condition as well as the sails that were replaced in 2010 for new ones. New sales like the ones installed will last years, 30, 40 years, or more. The boat has been used as a charter in summer, so it has always been serviced and is currently in perfect condition and ready to sail.
The following Inspection will be in February 2024. The boat is ready to sail and can be used for charters and events.

Precioso Ketch año 1979 en Baleares. La cubierta de teca se restauró íntegramente en 2022. Matrícula española lista 6a. Este precioso velero ha permanecido en la familia del propietario durante más de 40 años y siempre ha sido cuidado. El propietario vende esta joya porque su esposo falleció hace 2 años, de lo contrario, se la quedará. El barco siempre ha sido cuidado y ha permanecido en la familia durante los últimos 40 años más o menos.
La jarcia fija está en perfecto estado al igual que las velas que se cambiaron en 2010 por unas nuevas. Las ventas nuevas como las instaladas durarán años, 30, 40 años o más. El barco se ha usado como charter en verano, por lo que siempre se le ha hecho un servicio y actualmente se encuentra en perfecto estado y listo para navegar.
La siguiente Inspección será en febrero de 2024. El barco está listo para navegar y se puede utilizar para charters y eventos.
