A CLEAN EXAMPLE OF THIS POPULAR FLYBRIDGE CRUISER
Accommodation: Access is gained via either side or via the stern into the spacious aft cockpit. The aft cockpit has two storage lockers/seats and then steps up to the fly fridge.
The flybridge was seating for 5 and benefits from having a new (2022) Full flybridge and aft cockpit canopy. This makes for a very useful space.
You then step down into the light and airy saloon. The helm is amid ship, Stb side.
There is ample seating and storage in this spacious saloon. It is ideal for socialising and relaxing.
Moving aft. You step down into the twin aft cabin. There are twin single berths either side, separated by a vanity unit. There is ample storage and the cabin is again nice and light. There is also an ensuite fitted with a shower and electric loo to holding tank.
Back through the saloon, you then step down into the large galley. It is equipped with a 4x ring, LPG hob and extractor hood, microwave oven, fridge, basin with mixer tap, ample work surface and storage.
Off the galley is the single port side cabin. This has a wardrobe and storage space.
FWD is the primary cabin. This has the popular central island bed. It has heading lights either side, eye level storage, and hanging space. Stb side provides access via the Jack and Jill through to the shower and toilet compartment. This comprises of; hand basin, shower and electric loo to holding tank. (Deck and sea discharge).

Ship Happens is in good condition 44yr old boat. The saloon upholstery has been done as have the carpets and soft furnishing. The wall coverings have been replaced but are coming down in places. This can be seen in the photos.
