1983 Custom Hand built Ferro yacht 30ft

Hand-built 30ft Ferro-cement Bermudan-rigged sloop in poor condition for sale to someone willing and able to resuscitate. The yacht was built over a five-year period between 1977 and 1982. Photographic records of the construction and launching are available. The cabin roof is in viable condition. The coach house will have to be completely repaired, as will the woodwork around the hatch.
