A lovely example of this Cruiser stable! With a list of upgrades with the current owner as follows:- Upgrades During my Ownership 2014-2020. Pre purchase 2013 – By surveyors guidance, full hull Osmosis treatment and refurbishment (20 year maintenance). Other work after purchase, more or less in order. Replaced mould ridden Master cabin mattress with Standard King Size sprung mattress. Replaced mould ridden curtains with Venetian Blinds. Installed Satellite tracking dish. Repaired and re-wired Terrestrial TV aerial. Replaced main door lock. 2016 Overhauled Navtex receiver. Renewed moorings and some fenders. De-commissioned punctured RIB tender with dead engine. Commissioned middle deck canvass wrap-around. Lift out at Amble for underwater inspection and maintenance. 2015 Replaced Washing Machine with new. Repaired broken Dishwasher (note now manual advance, not automatic). Replaced worn out fitted bench seating with free standing Sofa. Replaced failed “Euro” shore power connector with UK with “Commando” 32 Amp Connector. 2016 Replaced Electric hotplate (element shorting) with Calor Gas Hob installation. Installed electric fire in central saloon cabinet. Fitted security cabinet and key safe. 2017 Replaced fused inverter lights in Engine Room with Fluorescent tube lighting (2 was switched). Removed defunct electric recording Barometer. After attempted break-in causing window damage, both port and starboard sliding windows were replaced and sealed. Lift out at Lowestoft for underwater inspection and maintenance. 2020 Fitted 5 off CCTV cameras to assist mooring/security. Replaced worn our plastic (middle deck) table and broken chairs with wooden dining set. Updated to smart TV/Bluray DVD player. Built stair access from Pontoon. Installed Pilot Chair. Lift out for underwater inspection and maintenance. As all are probably aware Calor closed all their depots at the first lockdown. They have an on-line ordering service in place but the queue is currently 2 months. As you have to eat, The vendor has removed the LPG hob and replaced it with a pair 2 burner electric and a 2 burner gas hob. The LPG jets are available for an installation (gas safe) engineer when bottled gas becomes available again. That way the boat has the best of both worlds. The tender is not included but can be purchased by negotiation with the current owner! Will make an ideal live aboard! Early viewing is highly recommended!!
