This Princess V42 from 2002 is equipped with 2 x Volvo Penta KAD 300 (2 x 285 HP) diesel engines and therefore has a lot of power for crusing at high cruising speeds with sensible fuel economy. 
The boat is furnished with a nice and spacious cockpit with a large sun lounger aft, below the sun lounger there is a garage with space for an inflatable boat, Spacious Sofa group with table, Wetbar with new Refrigerator and sink, Speakers, as well as well-appointed Control Room with Souble seat and new electric control buttons. 
The cabin is large in the well-known Princess quality with a large sofa group in the port side, as well as a pantry with stove, sink, combi oven and Refrigerator in starboard side. The front cabin has a large double bed with good closet space, the aft cabin has 2 single beds with good closet space, Small Sofa and sink, all mattresses have been changed in 2021, the boat´s bathroom has Toilet from 2020, Sink and seperate shower cabin. 
The boat is equipped with Raymarine Log, Echosounder and Raymarine Autopilot, Raymarine Touch Plotter with integrated Radar, VHF, Bowtruster, Searchlight, Electric Anchor winch front, Opacmare gangway, ONAN 230V Generator, Hot and Cold water, Shower on bathing jetty, Garage for inflatable boat. 
Cushions in the cockpit have been changed and fitted with Newtech fabric, Canopy is 2 years old, Carpet in the salon has been changed, Chartplotter, Radar and Autopilot have been  updated for Raymarine, Hot water tank and batteries have been replaced in 2021. 
The boat´s interior wood has some paint damage in the form of cracks in the veneer/paint that is often seen in this vintage. 
The boat is ashore for the winter, but all in all a nice Princess V42.
