BOAT SHARE Princess 61 -  1/8 Share of a 2005 Princess 61 moored in Vilamoura Marina in the Faro district of the Algarve.  Each 1/8 share costs £55,000.00 which gives the new shareholder 6 weeks use per year with a yearly contribution to the maintenance, mooring and insurance for £400.00 per month.I am looking to sell 7 shares to like minded people to enjoy and take care of her. Vilamoura is regarded as the "St.Tropez of the Algarve" and is a popular destination due to it being the most refined town of the area, with its fine restaurants and bars, sophisticated holiday atmosphere and world famous golfing hotspot. Vilamoura is situated in the heart of the Algarve - a picturesque coastline of beautiful sandy beaches and orange clay cliffs, which is close by to the city of Faro and the market town of Loule. This boat is perfect for exploring the sunny Algarve coastline which consists of about 200km of calm waters and great weather.   The yacht was built in 2005 and has never been chartered. There are 3 cabins + 1 crew cabin (2doubles + 1twin), all with ensuite bathrooms, all being a good size and it is no squeeze for 6 adults to live very comfortably for weeks at a time. There is a main saloon, full kitchen with hob; microwave; full sized fridge and freezer, deck seating with table, flybridge seating, sunbathing area on the flybridge and two large sunbathing bow cushions. There is also a tender to use when at anchor to go ashore. The boat has just had a full survey inspection in 2021 with the highest standard maintenance at all times.   2022 dates have not yet been chosen, meaning everyone will get to choose dates that suit them. New members can choose weeks and often swap around to suit as there is much availability. The share will be registered in the shareholders name on the British register, and you are free to sell your share on at any time. There is also the option to buy more than one share as there are 7 shares available. CONDITIONS You will need a Day Skipper certificate and an ICC qualification to operate the boat without a captain. Viewings are recommended.   (More photos and videos available)    OUR STORY  We started out as sharers in a syndicate on a smaller boat in Majorca, 7 years ago. 2 years later we upgraded to our own larger boat, and last year decided to split it into a syndicate which has been a huge success and really enjoyable, this totally made sense to us as 6 weeks a year is plenty and the cost is split between 8 - we successfully sold all 7 shares. This spurred us on to expand and buy this  Princess which which we are also splitting into a syndicate.
