Roomy 3 Cabin layout, owner’s stateroom in stern. Beautiful teak floor and teak woodwork throughout. The whole vessel is bright and cheerful with plenty of opening hatches for light and ventilation. When you step down the companionway, you will find the galley to starboard and captains station to port. A very tasteful interior with the u-shaped settee and teak table and bench settee to port. A Flat screen Smart TV is mounted on the port side. The master bedroom features a centerline queen berth, plenty of built in cabinet and drawers, hanging locker, vanity dresser and ensuite head. Both double forward bedrooms have their own en-suites, good locker space and opening ports. The space can be joined by removing the middle panels to create a second master bedroom. The hull of the 49DS is built in GRP (Glass reinforced plastics), it is reinforced with Kelvar. The ballast is fastened to the hull with bolts and backing plates. The deck is teak and the cockpit has a large teak table with seating area. The seating area has blue comfortable cushions. She was last antifouled with International Self polishing Antifoul in March 2023.
