For sale is my late father's Robert Tucker design, Caleo 2 Steel motorsailor. She is 39ft1 long by 13ft6 wide and has a draft of 5ft2. Powered by a Perkins phaser 1004T engine with PRM gearbox. Which is driving a geared auto prop adjusting pitch automatically.
She is also fitted with a 24 volt vetus bow thruster. Dual helm offers control from either inside Pilothouse or from aft deck. The accommodation has a large Pilothouse from which the aft master bedroom can be accessed and aft head with sit down shower. Forward of the Pilothouse is the main saloon with galley and seating/dining area. The galley has sink, gimbalised SMEV cooker and space for a fridge(not installed). Across is the large dinette seating area with table that adjusts down to provide a double berth. Forward of main saloon is a second heads compartment with toilet and sink, across from which is a large storage locker. In the bow is a standard V berth arrangement. The boat has hot and cold water systems, with large cold water storage stainless steel tanks capable of holding up to 1000 litres of water. The hot water calorfier tank can be heated by either a 1kw, 230v electric immersion heater or from the engine. Cabin heating is provided throughout by a diesel blown air heater and an additional LPG catalytic heater in main saloon. A Lewmar V4/5 vertical windlass is fitted on bow with a large stainless steel bow shield.
The main mast can be lifted by s substantial stainless steel tabernacle. While the aft mizzen mast is deck stepped. All rigging was new in 2019. Sails include a Genoa and mainsail but no mizzen.
A 230 volt bmw generator in acoustic box comes with vessel but requires fitting. However is plenty of room in engine compartment for this.
