X-Yacht's design team has attached great importance to producing a beautiful, timeless, and functional interior design. The headliner is intricately molded in white GRP and incorporates halogen lighting throughout. Curved timber moldings, carefully selected teak veneer, and top quality joinery work all typify the interior of the X-442. In the galley, all drawers run on ball bearing tracks, and equipment such as the stainless steel three-burner gas oven, tap fittings, door catches and pressure pumps are all of high quality. All scantlings - from the laminate schedule of the hull and decks, to the dimensions and choice of materials for the rudder stock, keel bolts, and chainplates - are controlled and approved by the American Bureau of Shipping.
