Fly DIANO 24 Boat

Built in 2005 by the Diano Shipyard, this Fly category boat has a length of 23.98 meters, a width of 6.10 meters, and a draft of 1.70 meters. The hull, painted white, is made of laminated/plywood material and was completely repainted in 2024. The flag is Italian. The RINA validity is confirmed until September 4, 2024.

Engine and Performance

The boat is equipped with two MAN D2842 engines, each with 1,318 HP (year 2003), with shaft transmission and fixed-blade bronze propellers. The running hours are 950. The cruising speed is 12 knots with a consumption of 25 liters/hour per engine, while the maximum speed reaches 25 knots. There is a tunnel bow thruster. The fuel tanks have a total capacity of 5,500 liters. There are 10 batteries installed (year 2022) and the system includes electronic throttles with a second station.

Interiors

The interiors, finished in wood, offer 4 cabins, including an owner's cabin located in the center of the boat, and 1 crew cabin. There are 4 bathrooms, 2 bunk beds, and 3 double beds. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher. Entertainment is provided by a HI-FI system.

Systems and Instrumentation

The systems include 12V, 24V, and 220V systems, electric and engine boilers, tanks for black and gray water, generator, and spare anchor. The onboard instrumentation includes depth sounder, radar, compass, engine room camera, GPS with mapping positioned inside, and autopilot. The steering is dual, both internal and external.

Deck and Accessories

On the deck, there is a manual gangway and a hydraulic one. The anti-fouling was done in 2023.

Sails and Mast

The boat does not have sails. The mast dates back to 2005 and is made of unspecified material.
