Description
The RS Elite is a beautiful, fast and very well mannered open keelboat for 3 to 4 people. www.rselite.org. Easily sailed solo or with a small crew. Very seaworthy hull ideal for estuary or coastal sailing drawing only 1.1 metre (3' 7"). High stability (around 65% ballast ratio) due to substantial keel and carbon fibre mast. Self draining and designed to be unsinkable with 7 watertight compartments. Easily trailered on her double axle braked trailer. (Picture of GBR 24 is of a sister ship). A Tonneau cover and all over cover are also included. Can be viewed in Ringmore or Salcombe in Devon. Can be delivered in mainland UK after purchase if required.

Deck and Hull Equipment
Self tacking jib system and many adaptations for solo or short handed sailing with all sheets brought back to the helm if preferred. Tiller Clutch fitted for locking and unlocking the tiller when needed.
2 suits of laminate sails from Hyde including mainsails and jibs, one hardly used racing set and one good cruising set with 2 spinnakers. The RS Elite has a built in spinnaker launching and retrieval tube. A custom made furling laminate Code Zero on a torsion cable with 2:1 sheeting system is also available.
30 metre leaded anchor warp with Danforth type galvanised anchor. Can be launched and retrieved from the cockpit.
Additional equipment
Custom-made, stainless steel transom-mounted outboard motor bracket with controls that allow the 4 HP 4-stroke Yamaha outboard motor to be operated from the cockpit. Remote control with 12-liter tank. Mercury 3.5 HP 4-stroke outboard motor with internal tank is an option.
Double axle with brakes, which has never been immersed in seawater.
